2. Orders and Shipping
   Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. We partner with carriers including DHL, FedEx, and UPS. The estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days. Customers will receive automated email notifications regarding their order status, including tracking information at key dispatch and arrival milestones. If an order exceeds the standard delivery window, we will initiate an investigation with the carrier and, based on the findings, determine appropriate measures such as a refund or a replacement shipment.
3. Risk of Loss and Title
   In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws in Germany, the European Union, and the United States, the risk of damage to or loss of goods remains with the merchant until the goods are physically received by the consumer. Title transfers upon physical delivery to the customer.
4. Right of Withdrawal (European Consumers)
