Delivery Estimates: Once dispatched, estimated delivery time is approximately 5–7 business days. Please note that these are estimates based on standard transit conditions.

Tracking Your Order

Upon dispatch, and at key stages such as arrival at local distribution centers and final out-for-delivery status, automated notifications will be sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase. Duties and Taxes (Delivered Duty Paid – DDP)
For all shipments to Europe and the United States, we operate on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. This means that all applicable import duties, taxes, and customs fees are settled by Patchpocketpina. The price you pay at checkout is final, and you will not be required to pay additional charges upon receipt of your package.

Shipping Delays and Investigations
While we strive to adhere to the stated delivery timelines, external factors beyond our reasonable control—such as customs clearance processes or logistics disruptions—may occasionally cause delays.

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact our support team at gardening@patchpocketpina.com. We will initiate a formal investigation with the respective carrier to locate your shipment. Based on the findings of this investigation, we will determine the appropriate course of action, which may include a replacement shipment or a refund, depending on the specific circumstances of the carrier’s report.

Shipping Address Accuracy
It is the responsibility of the customer to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of purchase. Patchpocketpina is not responsible for shipments that are lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
